Our established Project Delivery Assurance (PDA) framework provides a structured approach to project health and stage-gate reviews, covering areas including governance, project controls, engineering maturity, schedule and cost baselines, risk and execution readiness. A typical health check can run over about two weeks. We review your documents and project data, interview the owner and contractor teams, and test what is reported against the contracted baselines.
