About the job:

Working in the PMC Project Management Team for OMV Portfolio of Energy Transition Projects to be based in Vienna, Austria

Skills & Responsibilities:

· Acting as the lead on OT security projects in close collaboration with the client.

· Implement and deliver OT security programs as well as defining and developing OT Security strategies, policies and guidelines securely

· Acting as the lead on multidiscipline projects along with the project team.

· Support in the technical implementation of cyber security concepts

· Analysis and evaluation of tests and creation of test strategies

· Cybersecurity deployment (e.g., IEC62443 and NIST)

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

· A bachelors or masters degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, IT, or other related discipline.

· Similar relevant experience, or demonstrable technical understanding of Organisational Technology Security.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

· Demonstrated experience in working in an Oil and Gas or Energy Company in a Lead Engineering role.

· Knowledgeable of Oil and Gas Project Execution and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project drivers.

· Establishes harmony within the Engineering team.

· Ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of disciplines in a FEED/EPCM Project Execution setting.

· Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize competing tasks.


Communication:

· Team player.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Professional communication skills –Able to communicate with peers, customers, and vendors.
