We worked on the Onshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) for a major National Oil Company (NOC) in the Middle East. This comprehensive initiative is designed to sustain production capacity across existing oil and gas fields. Our involvement included a range of projects focused on enhancing infrastructure and operational efficiency, such as tie-ins for gas, oil, and water wells, construction of flow lines and trunk lines to Gas and Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs), and the installation of overhead power lines. The scope also covered cathodic protection systems, SCADA connectivity, CCTV, electrical and instrumentation works, along with structural steel, concrete, and earthwork.

Scope:

  • Gas, oil, and water well tie-ins.
  • Installation of flow lines and trunk lines to Gas and Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs).
  • Overhead power line construction.
  • Cathodic protection systems installation.
