It’s a shared responsibility, led by example and lived by every person across our business. We believe that everyone should end their day as they started it — safe, healthy, and well. That means zero harm. No exceptions. Our approach to health, safety and wellbeing covers both the physical and psychological. We focus on creating environments where people feel safe to speak up, confident to act, and supported to do the right thing — always. In 2024, our people delivered over **33.5 million work hours** with a **Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.024**. These results reflect the strength of our HSE culture and our belief that great safety performance comes from great leadership, genuine care, and collective ownership. We’re proud to have been awarded the **British Safety Council’s International Safety Award with Merit** in recognition of this ongoing commitment to keeping our people safe, our standards high, and our culture strong.
