Killian has been a key part of Kent’s journey since joining us in 2020 as a Global EPC Projects Director. During this time, he played a crucial role in navigating the operational challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring excellence in our operations while prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our people. Following this, Killian stepped into the role of Integration Management Director, where he successfully brought together the strengths of SNC-Lavalin Oil & Gas, Kentz, Houston Offshore Engineering, and the former Atkins business. His leadership was instrumental in unifying these entities under a single vision, ensuring a seamless integration that has positioned Kent as a leader in the energy industry. As we expand our business in Europe, Killian is now poised to lead our operations across Europe and the UK. He will oversee our significant projects, including our BP and Shell Commissioning and EPCM Framework agreements, while driving new initiatives that expand our presence and impact in the region. Killian’s approach is rooted in collaboration and innovation, focusing on delivering exceptional value to our clients and fostering growth across our business. As we continue to navigate the evolving energy landscape, Killian’s experience and vision will be key in guiding Kent’s expansion into new markets and industries across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. His commitment to operational excellence and his ability to lead complex, large-scale initiatives make him the ideal leader for this exciting chapter in our journey.
