The ESA sets out minimum employment conditions, including pay, allowances, working hours and governance, helping to create a safe, fair and productive offshore environment while strengthening alignment with industry bodies and trade unions. As an existing signatory to Connected Competence, Kent continues to demonstrate its commitment to industry-recognised safety and technical standards across the UK offshore sector. The adoption of the ESA further supports Kent’s approach to responsible delivery, ensuring offshore projects are underpinned by a strong safety culture and a well-supported, highly competent workforce.
