Through sessions with senior leaders, hands-on workshops, and team-building activities, our graduates reflected on their journey so far and looked ahead to the exciting careers they’re shaping at Kent. The week concluded with a graduation dinner celebrating their achievements and the strong community they’ve built along the way. At Kent, our Graduate Programme is designed to give young professionals the foundation to grow into the energy leaders of tomorrow; through real project experience, world-class mentoring, and opportunities to make a lasting impact on our industry.
