The work forms part of a three-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Kent and OXEA in 2025, establishing a framework for the delivery of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services across OXEA’s operations. As part of this collaboration, Kent successfully completed the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase for a strategic specialty chemicals project in early 2026. Building on this success, OXEA subsequently awarded Kent the detailed engineering phase of the project, with engineering activities currently progressing strongly and scheduled for completion later this year. The project represents a significant investment in specialty chemicals manufacturing and demonstrates OXEA’s commitment to enhancing its production capabilities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.
