We couldn't be more proud of this great recognition. Painting a culture and purpose onto a blank canvas after the acquisition was a huge challenge. By asking our 12,000 -strong team the question, "what kind of company do you want to work for?" we were able to shape a company based on everything we all heard and said. Building a vision for the future we can all believe in. Today, we are fully living it, embedding it into everything we do and allowing it to continue to evolve and grow. Anything is possible when we ignite the energy within everyone at Kent.
