Two decades on, he’s still here leading with the same steady hands, sharp focus, and quiet integrity that have earned him the respect of teams across the country. His journey is one of deep commitment: to the work, to the people around him, and to building something that lasts. Now a senior leader on the AMPOL Future Fuels project in Brisbane, Brad continues to set the bar for safety, collaboration, and practical leadership. In his words, “You don’t stay 20 years if it doesn’t matter. And Kent has always mattered.” At every stage of Kent’s growth in Australia, Brad has been a constant, shaping our culture, mentoring our people, and showing up with grit and good humour, even in the most challenging conditions. Those who know him will tell you: Brad doesn’t seek the spotlight. But his influence is everywhere, from the way teams work together, to how seriously we take safety, to the standard we hold ourselves to on site. Recently, Brad sat down with us to reflect on his two decades at Kent. Brad shares how the industry has evolved and how the small moments that matter most. It’s a celebration of service, but also a rare look into the mindset of someone who’s helped shape Kent over the years.
