Two decades on, he’s still here leading with the same steady hands, sharp focus, and quiet integrity that have earned him the respect of teams across the country. His journey is one of deep commitment: to the work, to the people around him, and to building something that lasts.

Now a senior leader on the AMPOL Future Fuels project in Brisbane, Brad continues to set the bar for safety, collaboration, and practical leadership. In his words, “You don’t stay 20 years if it doesn’t matter. And Kent has always mattered.”
