Duration: 2021 - 2022 

Design and engineering of a 70.4 MW hyperscale facility with advanced cooling and high-voltage systems to achieve exceptional efficiency.

**Challenge:**

- Deliver high-density cooling and 70.4 MW IT load within a vertical footprint.
- Achieve a PUE target of 1.4 and reduce energy losses.
- Integrate electrical and mechanical systems seamlessly.

**Solution:**

- High-voltage (11 kV) distribution network with advanced generator backup. · Water-based condenser loops and HVAC systems for dense cooling.

- Fully integrated MEP design for maximum performance and reliability.

**Outcome:**

- High-efficiency hyperscale facility supporting 10,000 racks.
- Reduced operational costs through electrical optimisation.
- Established new design standards for hyperscale data centres in India.
