Basic Job Requirements:

Modules Loadout Engineer is responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and execution of loadout operations for modular units in the oil and gas industry. This role involves ensuring the structural integrity of modules during transport, compliance with engineering standards, and efficient loadout processes.


  • Accountabilities Technical Planning:
    • Oversee Contractors development of detailed loadout procedures
    • Ensure compliance with MWS, engineering standards and regulations.
  • Coordination:
    • Collaborate with MWS, engineering, construction, and logistics teams to ensure seamless loadout operations.
    • Collaborate Weight & COG Management with Contractor & MWS
    • Coordinate with transportation provider & MWS to certify proper handling & stowage plans for modules.
  • Inspection and Quality Control:
    • Conduct inspections to verify the structural integrity and safety of module grillage & sea- fastenings before loadout.
    • Ensure all Weighing Equipment, SPMT, Lifting and Rigging equipment is properly certified and in good condition.
  • Safety Management:
    • Develop and implement safety protocols for loadout operations.
    • Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of loadout activities, including engineering calculations, inspections, and permits.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on loadout operations and any incidents or issues encountered.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in structural analysis and load distribution.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to provide clear instructions and conduct safety briefings


In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development


  • Qualification/ Training/ Certification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Experience in loadout operations in the oil and gas industry.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
