About the role:
The Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for contributing to all aspects of mechanical integrity meeting the technical competency expectations of clients. As a member of the Mechanical Integrity Team, you will work closely and need to communicate effectively with the other disciplines, management and client representatives to ensure the company’s reputation for high quality products and services is maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
To assess, undertake and deliver work scopes related to mechanical integrity.
Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending and remnant life assessments, perform fitness-for-service assessments and provide recommendations for repair and replacement methodologies
Development, improvement & management of AIM database/software
Use of advance analytics to perform assessments
Deliver brownfield projects with fit for purpose design and execution methods, meeting client spec/procedure requirements.
Liaise with clients’ engineering, construction and operations personnel to ensure that all project requirements have been addressed.
Perform all work in accordance with the Quality Management System and within agreed time and schedule constraints.
