Kent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers. This position is located in LaPorte, TX.
Your responsibilities:
Help Project Managers with day-to-day work and complex problems
Enter PO reqs
Oversee accurate and efficient database management and digital file storage to support operational and recordkeeping requirements
Routed correspondence to facilitate timely communication between team, customers & vendors
Interacted with customers professionally by phone, email or in-person to provide information and direct to desired staff members
Perform various administrative functions, including filing paperwork, delivering mail, sorting mail, office cleaning and bookkeeping including: employment verification, managing & verifying new hire paperwork and payroll
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Must be familiar with a Plant environment
Working knowledge of AutoCad preferred
Must be able to process information, resolve problems and make decisions
Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities
