The Opportunity

As a HSSE Administrator will support the HSSE Manager with coordinating, and implementation of the Project HSSE Management program. Maintain a comprehensive system to manage and maintain related documents and records, to ensure they are distributed accordingly. Provide support in all administrative requirements to the project. The HSSE administrator will report any nonconformities on the records to the HSSE Manager.

In this role, you will undertake the following duties

• Understand the project HSSE Management program, specifically the HSSE plan and ensure support is provided to the safety team on site with the full implementation and compliance of all requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive and updated HSSE records systems.
• Understand the in country and Company document retention requirements and prepare all records accordingly.
• Provide support with amalgamating information for weekly, monthly and any other related reports.
• Ensure all templates being used on the project are current and updated.
• Attend and maintain minutes of all HSSE meetings.
• Support with the development of related presentations and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of HSE training sessions
• Support with providing information during audits.
• File, photocopy and complete general administration as required
• Provide support to the HSSE Manager to ensure all employees have the relevant competencies and certification to perform their work i.e., crane drivers, equipment operators, etc.
• Ensure you strive for continual improvement in your career by constantly reviewing your professional development with your supervisor

Skills Requirement

Qualification/ Certification

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent computer skills
