About the role:

The candidate’s responsibilities focus on change management for projects, through the preparation of Project Change Notices, PCN, reports and coordination with the project team. The candidate will be required to regularly interface with project managers, contractors, and project team members in order to maintain accurate, updated information on project costs/budgets.

A detail-oriented self-starter, the candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills in order to work effectively with multiple departments as well as various internal and external customers.


  • Support the Kent Change Management process on projects by being the point of contact for Project Change Notices
  • Coordinate with Project Management Team with preparing detailed project change notices timely to the client
  • Prepares all relevant documentation and back-ups for project change notices to the client to the agreed client/Kent project change notice timetable
  • Submits PCNs for approvals through DocuSign
  • Administers all change management queries from clients, ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track all project change notices, including maintaining Project Change Notice logs.
  • Notify the Project Team PCN status once a change has been approved, rejected or cancelled
  • Provides ad-hoc requests/reports to management and/ or clients
  • Understand and apply project-specific cost reporting requirements
  • Ensuring that all reports are presented on time.


  • University or college graduation in Accounting, or Business Administration with a minimum of one - three years of related experience on EP projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
  • Self-starter, independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
