Engineering, Consultation, and Project Management in one of Iraq's largest Oil Field

This significant contract award builds on the success of a previous campaign in which our Rapid Response Engineering Team (RRT) quickly mobilised to meet our client’s evolving needs. Tasked with rapidly initiating, planning, designing, executing, and managing multidisciplinary small-to-medium-sized projects at Iraq’s largest oil field, the team efficiently delivered critical scopes to support enhanced oil field operations for a previous client.

With this fresh award, our team now operates under a standalone contract, enabling us to execute many more vital projects over the coming years, while focusing on nationalisation efforts, training local engineers on the ground in Iraq, and fostering sustainable development within the region.

Scope:

• Engineering, Procurement Support and Construction Management of small to medium-sized portfolio of projects

• Supporting operations on infrastructure lifecycle, including maintenance and new projects

• Multidiscipline engineering team

• Nationalisation campaign, developing local, national engineers

Project examples include:

• Project business case development on behalf of the client

• Technical safety support, including HAZOP’s and SIL review

• Process study and simulation work

• Piping system upgrades and maintenance

• Mechanical static and rotating equipment (new and existing)

• Structural projects, including access platforms and chemical shelters

• Supporting improvements to master documentation, such as building and model upgrades
