Kent is supporting the development of a fully integrated digital operations centre designed to provide real-time visibility and coordination across the entire drilling-to-production lifecycle.

The project focused on creating a comprehensive centre capable of consolidating operational oversight across multiple disciplines, including drilling, completions, logistics, production engineering, emergency response, and technology innovation. By bringing together data, systems, and operational workflows into a single collaborative environment, the centre looks to improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and maximise asset performance.

Building on existing operational assessments and industry benchmarking activities, Kent developed the digital strategy, operating framework, and technology architecture required to support future operations at scale while enabling greater collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

**Scope:**

- Assess existing operational systems, workflows, governance structures, and organisational handoffs across the drilling and production lifecycle
- Review and evaluate existing siloed digital platforms and operational technologies
- Develop a phased implementation roadmap to support the deployment of digital capabilities and transformation initiatives
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and value measurement frameworks for operational performance tracking
- Design the operational centre layout and define hardware, software and technology requirements to support real-time operations management
