Kent delivered an EPC digital twin solution to create a unified, data-centric environment that enhanced project execution, construction management, and stakeholder collaboration throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The digital twin integrated engineering information, 3D models, schedules, cost data, safety records, quality information, and project controls into a single governed platform. By providing a real-time view of project performance and construction progress, the solution enabled improved decision-making, greater transparency, and more effective management of complex project activities.

Acting as a single source of truth throughout the EPC phase, the digital twin helped eliminate information silos, improve data quality, reduce execution risk, and support a structured transition from project delivery to long-term asset management.

**Scope:**

- Develop a data-centric digital twin platform to support EPC project delivery and construction management
- Integrate engineering deliverables, 3D models, project documentation, schedules, and cost information into a unified digital environment
