Comprehensive design and construction facility

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia 

Operator: Center 3 

Duration: September 2024 - July 2026 

A flagship Tier III facility for Center3, designed to host a global technology tenant and set new standards for quality and reliability in the KSA Eastern Province.

**Challenge:**

- Coordinate a complex multi-stakeholder design programme.
- Ensure compliance with global tenant standards and national codes.
- Deliver concurrent maintainability and full QA/QC traceability.

**Solution:**

- Full design, engineering, and construction supervision.
- Integrated stakeholder management and HSE oversight.
- Commissioning supervision aligned with TIA and Uptime standards.

**Outcome:**

- Tier III, concurrently maintainable facility meeting international benchmarks.
