About the job:

Kent is recruiting a DCS Instructor based in Basra, Iraq.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify learning and development needs (Gap Analysis) for Console Operators/Supervisors.
  • Develop the competency-based training modules for ICSS system specific for each project.
  • Deliver Classroom and On the Job Training (OJT) programs using OTS Facility.
  • Manage the various resources required to meet the stated objectives of the competency training program.
  • Assesses participant performance against the learning objectives through examination and observation of task execution.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy of all individual training records.
  • Provide accurate training reports as and when required by the Training & CAS Supervisor.
  • Provide detailed student progress reports containing the assessment, level of competence, attendance, and behaviors of the trainees.
  • Maintain soft copy of all training modules in Company Servers.
  • Carry out planned periodic review and update of existing training courses, learning materials, presentations & documentations.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
  • Promote the use of safe working practices at all stages of the training programs.
  • Attend weekly competency team meeting.
  • Communicate efficiently with various disciplines if needed.
