The Opportunity:

As a Contracts Coordinator within our Projects team, you'll be at the heart of driving successful project outcomes. This role involves managing and coordinating contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with project goals. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, liaise with external partners, and maintain meticulous records to support seamless project execution.
Your expertise in contract administration, negotiation, and stakeholder management will contribute to the smooth delivery of our projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Day to Day, your role will include:

• Draft professional correspondence and manage contract documentation.
• Support the Commercial Manager with contract administration tasks.
• Track and follow up on commercial action items and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Review payment applications and collate supporting documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and assist team members as needed.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks.

About you:

The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary degree in law (preferred), have relevant experience in a similar position, strong business acumen, and a valid driver’s license. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to ethics are essential.
