We are providing general construction management at numerous Rumaila worksites in support of base scope Rumaila projects and production infrastructure projects.
We provide personnel and other resources to perform all project and construction management activities, including project management, construction management, QA/QC, HSE/security, project services/controls, construction engineering, materials control, system handover, training etc. for the Rumaila Projects up to and including mechanical completion, system handover and assistance to the client for commissioning and start up.
General construction management activities include, but are not limited to:
- Onsite construction management and supervision
- Ad-hoc site engineering and surveys to support
- Planning, cost control and control
- Development of scopes of work
- Quality assurance and quality control services and GOC implementation
- HSE services
- Material management support
- Training and development of Iraqi personnel, both of local contractors and of Basra Oil Company
