We celebrate character and potential, creating a workplace where everyone can be themselves and belong. **The Role:** We are seeking Electrical Trades Assistants to support a major industrial construction project in Karratha, WA. Working alongside Electricians and E&I personnel, you will assist across a range of electrical construction activities while gaining exposure to a large-scale industrial development. ***Please note, we are only accepting applications from Western Australia.*** **Key Responsibilities** - Assist Electricians and E&I Technicians with daily site activities - Cable pulling, cable installation, cable tray and cable ladder installation - Manual handling and site preparation - Supporting construction and installation works across the project - Ad hoc tasks as directed by Supervisors - Working safely under site permit and safety systems **About you:** - Full Australian Working Rights - Previous experience as an Electrical Trades Assistant - Construction, industrial, mining or major project experience - A valid Driver’s licence and White Card - Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks - Ability to safely perform manual handling & site-based construction duties in accordance with site requirements. **Benefits:** - Long-term project with 12+ months of ongoing work - 20:8 roster, working 10 hr workdays plus an RDO on each swing - Penalty rates applicable outside ordinary hours, including utilities assistance allowance for local workers - Employer-funded redundancy contribution of $278 per week - Quality accommodation at The Ranges with great facilities and daily site transport included. - Company-funded Income Protection Insurance - Opportunity to work on one of Australia's most significant industrial developments - Work for a brand that's been in the industry for over 100 years. - Great Culture | Safety Focused | Collaborative Team - Opportunity to work on some of the largest Projects on the energy world stage.
