Creating a high-availability and high-efficiency centre

Location: Bahrain 

Operator: Center3 

Duration: March 2024 - February 2026 

Design and supervision of a high-availability, high-efficiency data centre supporting Center3’s regional co-location expansion across the Gulf.

**Challenge:**

- Achieve Tier III/IV performance in a compact footprint.
- Integrate sustainability within a dense urban environment.
- Maintain design and construction alignment across disciplines.

**Solution:**

- Comprehensive concept and detailed design with full MEP and architectural integration.
- Energy-efficient systems and resilience-first layouts.
- Continuous quality control and adherence to ASHRAE, TIA, and Uptime Institute standards.

**Outcome:**

- Benchmark facility for reliability and operational efficiency.
