Ruth Scott, Vice President, People & Culture, EMEA

Tuesday 3 November, 11:30 GST

Kent’s Ruth Scott will join an ADIPEC AI Leadership Roundtable to explore how energy organisations can prepare their people to work effectively alongside AI copilots, intelligent systems and machine-assisted decision-making.

The discussion will consider how roles and responsibilities are evolving, how critical expertise and institutional knowledge can be retained, and what capabilities are needed to strengthen human-machine collaboration while maintaining safety, accountability and operational discipline.

At Kent, our approach brings People & Culture and AI together, combining investment in skills, continuous learning and workforce development with the practical adoption of digital and AI technologies. As energy systems become more intelligent, developing adaptable people and strong organisational capability will be essential to realising their full value.
